Food & Beverage Minimum: This will be determined by the time of day that you are hosting your event. If you don’t reach your F&B minimum the difference will be billed as venue rental.
- Breakfast - $20/person | Lunch - $35/person | Breakfast & Lunch - $55 | Dinner - $50/person
Planners: While we do not provide an event planner or coordinator, there will be a hotel representative on-site that is responsible for set-up, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, and everything else that supports the overall experience of the event.
Venue Rental Inclusions: Private space, tables, chairs, linen, dishware, flatware, glassware, service staff (bartenders have separate fee)
- If you have specific types of any items we provide then it is your responsibility to rent and pay for those items.
Service Charge: There is a 25% service charge for all events.
Quiet Hours: All outdoor music and other potential sound must be stopped by 11pm.
Additional Services: Bartender - $250/bartender, up to four hours | Cake Cutting - $4/person
A/V Add Ons: Projector - $50/day | Screen - $25/day | Podium - $25/day | Easel or Whiteboard - $25/day
