The pool is heated to 68°-70° when the temperature is 40°-50°.
There is no lifeguard on duty.
There is no glass nor pets allowed inside the pool area.
No outside coolers or alcohol permitted.
sirena park
Not only do we share parking with Sirena Park, but easy access to Salado Creek is available to all Shady Villa Hotel guests.
Parking is available in this parking lot for both hotel guests and locals, just keep it off of the grass.
quiet hours
We ask that everyone be respectful to the Shady Villa community and adhere to our quiet hours of 11pm-7am.
phones & wi-fi
There are no phones in the hotel guestrooms.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the grounds.
pet policy
We love our best friends and travel with them whenever possible as well!
We allow up to two pets at $50/pet per day. This is non-refundable.
outside f&b
Food and beverages purchased at either the hotel or restaurant is all that is allowed on property. Anything brought onto the hotel or restaurant premises is not allowed.
property maintenance fee
In an effort to maintain the high level of service, amenities, and cleanliness of our small hotel against environmental challenges and the ever-changing economic landscape, there is a $7.50 per reservation Property Maintenance Fee. This fee covers amenities that many small hotels are otherwise unable to provide, including: pool, Wi-Fi, six-acres of landscaping, creekfront maintenance, replacement of lost trees from severe weather, and the adherence to and protection of our historical structures.

Get lost in the natural feel of the flora and fauna throughout the hotel grounds. We guarantee you won’t hear the highway for long once you do.
smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guestrooms.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony of the Bourbon Club, at the Pool Pavilion, and on the guestroom’s patio or balcony.
